Q: "Is there really no credit card required?"
A: "You'll need to provide a credit card to start your 7-day trial, but you won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before then to avoid the charge."
Q: "What happens after my trial ends?"
A: "You'll be charged according to your selected plan. You can cancel anytime in your account settings."
Q: "Can I switch from Individual to Coach Plan later?"
A: "Not directly. However, if you join a team, your coach can share a team code with you. We recommend signing up as a team from the start—it's much cheaper per month than paying for individual subscriptions."
Q: "How do I join a team?"
A: "Ask your coach for the team access code. Use that code during signup to join your team. Your coach manages the team and players get full access through the Coach/Team Plan."
Q: "How many players can be on a team?"
A: "Up to 30 players per team."
Q: "Can we have multiple coaches on our team?"
A: "Currently, each team has one login managed by the head coach. We're exploring multi-coach access for future updates. Contact support@diamondarmlab.com if you need this feature."
Q: "How many videos can I upload?"
A: "Every plan includes 2 video uploads/month. Upgrade to Premier Video ($19/month) to increase uploads to 5 per month. Works with both Individual and Coach/Team plans."
